Our Newest Unit small enough to fit on a flatbed truck or trailer comes with a 23-Barrel Stainless tank with two high speed mixers. Comes with a C pump to roll the tank. Comes with Tote sensors and 4 Chemical direct injection pumps. Also includes a dye system and a top rack to hold two different totes.
Micro Units
Tank Unit
Our smallest Smart Unit today, which includes; Starlink and several ports for communication. This Micro Unit can fit into the bed of a pickup and is easy to take to the job site. The Units come with touch screens for quick access to the operation. It also allows operation using a smart handheld devices or laptops for operation. This Micro Unit is great for direct injection and completion of wells. Other options available but not limited too; dye pumps and valves tote sensors and more.
Mini Units
Small Self Contained Direct Injection Unit. Eliminates the need for conventional mixing unit. Comes with a fluid boost pump and motor. Operations available with touch screen or handheld devices. Customizable options include but not limited too; tote sensors, pressure sensors and more.

All our products come standard with Real time water flow monitoring. With our chemical flow meters on each of our pumps helps keep track of how much chemical is being used to prevent overuse or spills.

Real Time data shared throughout the job with system integration with Modbus and more. Capable of operation Units with any smart device or laptops.
Every Unit is 240V and can be unloaded hooked up and started under an hour. 24 HR Customer service and support.
All units are provided with Starlink for communication capabilities for customer support.
Every Unit has reporting system that the supervisor can see live reports of what every unit is actively doing.
We currently have a service member that goes to the Basin twice a month for service-related issues.
